Our mission

Our mission is to advise, educate and empower women by:

  • Providing women with free, confidential legal advice by specialist women solicitors and barristers
  • Enabling women to understand and benefit from their legal rights through accessible and timely publications and training
  • Campaigning to ensure that women’s voices are heard and law and policy meets all women’s needs

The FLOWS Agreement 

  • What you consent to when you use the FLOWS Answers service;
  • What we will do for you through the FLOWS Answers service; and
  • What we need from you to enable us to meet our commitments

What you consent to when you use the FLOWS Answers service

  • You consent to us emailing you, at the email address that you have provided, with a response to your question 
  • You consent to us emailing you, at the email address you have provided, to seek feedback to support the evaluation of our service

What we will do for you through the FLOWS Answers service

  • You will receive a professional and polite response 
  • Where we are unable to deal with your enquiry, we will  try to signpost you to an organisation better suited to your needs 
  • Your enquiry will remain confidential to the FLOWS Answers service in accordance with our privacy policy
  • We aim to answer your questions as fully as possible based on the information you give and signpost to other relevant organisations   
  • We aim to get back to you with a response as soon as we can, and we will update the website with information about our current timescales 

What we need from you to enable us to meet our commitments

  • Please treat our team members with dignity and respect  
  • It helps us to give the best advice if we have all of the information we need. We have provided some guidance to help you understand what information will be relevant. If you are unsure, please read the guidance before sending a question. Please share as much information as possible in your enquiry so we can provide you with the most accurate advice and support 
  • When we send you our advice email, we will provide you with a link to a feedback survey. We rely on your feedback to ensure that we are providing a quality service and would be grateful if you would complete the survey  

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about our services, you can contact our Director on 020 7251 6575 or by email to info@row.org.uk. We will inform you of our complaints procedure and aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible in accordance with our complaints policy. 

Evaluation 

Rights of Women may contact you for the purposes of evaluation, to ask for feedback on the service we have provided.
